Ethan Twardosz is a double major in Computer Science and Business Administration at California State University Northridge (CSUN), currently studying abroad at Technische Hochschule Ulm in Germany. His academic focus is paired with his role as a veteran programmer for both the LA and NYC versions of Dances with Films, a nationally recognized and prestigious film festival where he first began volunteering as a high school freshman. This early experience has taught him how to recognize rising talent and gives him valuable insight into the film industry. His goal is to become a film and television producer.
Ethan also interned as a high school freshman at the USC Shoah Foundation, founded by Steven Spielberg, where he studied and helped to document all forms of genocide worldwide. This work broadened his perspective on how storytelling can preserve history and raise awareness of critical global issues.
His journey in film began in childhood, attending classes at USC, events at the major studios like Warner Brothers, and film festivals such as Sundance with his father, Sebastian. Inspired by these experiences, he has worked on student films and created his own projects.
Achieving the rank of Eagle Scout is what sparked Ethan's passion for travel, leading him to explore a diverse array of countries including Austria, Belize, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Mexico, Poland, and Switzerland. His international adventures have influenced his work, fueling his desire to explore diverse cultures and bring fresh perspectives to his storytelling.

Mingway Lee is currently a freelance producer at All Sports Television Network, where she specializes in conceptualizing and pitching innovative sports segments that resonate with audiences. Her role involves coordinating logistics for shoots, including location scouting and managing crews and talent, all while ensuring alignment with the brand's vision.
Previously, she worked as a production assistant at Nickel City Pictures, analyzing scripts and providing actionable feedback to enhance storytelling. Her internship at NTA Talent Agency allowed her to develop strong organizational skills, creating efficient filing systems and producing engaging social media content that aligns with brand messaging.
As a project manager at Endless Studios in Abu Dhabi, she collaborated with her creative team to develop game concepts focused on climate change, utilizing game development tools like Unity to bring ideas to life. Additionally, her internship at Danone provided hands-on experience in social media marketing, where she crafted compelling content and monitored audience engagement.
She is a senior graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media Arts from New York University Shanghai. While at university, she actively participated in the Language and Linguistics Club and studied abroad at NYU Abu Dhabi and NYU Los Angeles. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, French, and Spanish, she brings a diverse perspective to all her projects.

Josiah Bartlett is a nursing student at Los Angeles Valley College with a love for literature. He works at The Last Bookstore, which is the largest independent book and record store in California.
Music plays a big role in Josiah’s life. He’s performed with several groups, including Crespi Taiko, a Japanese drum ensemble. With perfect pitch and a deep understanding of music theory, he easily connects with different pieces and has taught piano and trumpet to students.
An outdoorsman at heart, Josiah finds peace and inspiration in nature. Hiking, camping, or just enjoying the quiet of the outdoors helps him recharge and spark new ideas. He also holds the highest rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
